Hi, my name is Eva and I am a 30 year old flight attendant living in Stuttgart, Germany.
I was born in Frankfurt, Germany but lived in San Diego, CA from 2003 until 2008. I am almost finished with my BS in Psychology and Asian Studies as a minor. My job is my hobby and I never get tired of traveling and exploring other cultures. I love languages, too, because I think they teach you more about a culture and its people than anything else. Plus, speaking the language of a country you visit has its benefits ;-) I speak English, German, and French but my next project will be to learn Chinese... I really love what I do and this blog reflects my point of view on issues around the world the way I see them. This blogging experience has been a lot of fun and I might just continue doing it beyond class. We'll see how many followers I get ;-)
My husband Dominic is a helicopter pilot in the USMC, which is why we are currently stationed here in Germany. I am looking forward to moving back to California in July 2011 but I am also sad to leave my home country once again. As much as I love the California sunshine, I really enjoy Germany, the Bierfests, and having my friends and family around me.
For fun, we like to go out with friends, travel to exotic islands, or just sit on the couch and watch TV.
